Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Engineering is a nationally recognized STEM program that empowers students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through real-world, hands-on engineering challenges.

At CHS, students in the PLTW Engineering pathway explore a wide range of disciplines—including mechanical, electrical, civil, and aerospace engineering—through a series of engaging, project-based courses. Using industry-standard tools and software, students design solutions, build prototypes, and collaborate in teams to tackle complex problems.

This pathway prepares students for postsecondary education and careers in engineering and related STEM fields, while offering opportunities for dual enrollment, industry certifications, and participation in competitions and work-based learning.
